This project involved improvements to Cammanns Pond and adjacent park. The project consisted of:

  • Performing topographic survey of pond and park.
  • Determine benefit to cost ratio for dredging and pond.
  • Replaced pond bulkhead with recycled plastic bulkhead. • Pond sediment and water quality testing.
  • Park improvements including landscaping.
  • Evaluating impact of tidal flow on construction.
  • Floatable collection system at pond exit.

Responsible for the preparation of environmental study, preliminary and final design plans, specifications and construction cost estimate, securing permits from regulatory agencies and construction support services. This project was completed on time and within budget.
