4.5 Billion Dollar Phase 1 construction project to make LaGuardia Airport a premiere modern day airport for now and into the foreseeable future. Responsibilities include for the review and analysis of all scheduled work by the multiple contractors on site, to assess the impacts on airport operations with regards to facility and tenant operations, safety, revenue generation, and the all critical passenger experience. Critical emphasis is placed on proper work planning, scheduling, coordination, consideration of contingencies, and timely and accurate communications between the client, engineers and contractors.

Current construction projects include demolition and construction of a new central terminal building, concourse and aircraft gate facilities, a central heating and cooling facility, parking garage structures, airport roadway and bridge modifications, water, sewer, gas, electric and communications utilities, stormwater and drainage, environmental remediation, permit compliance, and a new electrical substation. These services included providing resident engineers, inspectors, schedulers, cost estimators, field survey parties, evaluation of contractor claims, pre-bid constructability reviews and construction related engineering services for various building related projects throughout Nassau County.
