D037755: Under this 5-year retainer agreement, TSPE, as a sub-consultant, will provide engineering services related to airport design services (both air and landside), airport and aviation planning, airport capital project construction inspection and construction management services for airport and aviation projects. 

Tasks include: engineering design related to terminal building renovations and upgrades, parking lot improvements, aviation navigational aids upgrades and runway safety area improvements. The design of these projects will be progressed in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations and the applicable current Advisory Circulars. 

Studies include: environmental studies such as noise and ecological studies, planning and economic impact studies as well as engineering assessment studies of pavements and other airport infrastructures.
