Republic Airport is located on Long Island in East Farmingdale, Suffolk County, NY. Taxiway A was constructed in 1972 and has exceeded its design life. An Airport Pavement Management Study was performed in early 2020. the overall condition of the taxiway and it’s connector taxiways is classified as Very Pour. This task will determine an appropriate pavement treatment for both Taxiway A and its associated connector taxiways based on the results of the PMS. Additionally this project will address runway markings, drainage, guidance signs and edge lighting. TSPE, as a sub-consultant to McFarland Johnson, is responsible for Topographic Survey & Mapping Services, and Airfield Lighting & Signage Design. This task is part of D037755 Airport Retainer Services Agreement.
