Our Construction Managers coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final completion, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Our Managers are responsible exclusively to the owner and act in the owner’s interests at every stage of the project.

We provide both design and construction advice while responsibly completing Construction Management Tasks including: Project Management Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management and CM Professional Practice.

We have highly qualified staff with wide-ranging experience in the following: Planning; Document Control; Scheduling and Estimating – Optimizing the use of available funds; Control of the Scope of Work; Effectively Schedule the Project Tasks; Avoid Delays, Changes and Disputes; Enhance Project Design and Construction Quality; Optimize Flexibility in Contracting and Procurement and Manage Cash Flow.

TSPE provides design response to unanticipated or changed field conditions, analyzes and participates in proposed design changes, and interprets design plans. Based upon the specific task; TSPE conducts on-site field reconnaissance and, where required, prepares Field Change Sheets modifying pertinent Contract plan sheets in response to unanticipated and/or varying field conditions or changes in construction procedures. Our staff also analyzes and makes recommendations on the implementation of changes proposed by our clients or the construction Contractor, including the Traffic Control Plans. In addition we interpret and clarify design concepts, plans and specifications and reviews and approves shop drawings and working drawings for construction (including the review of the Contractor’s proposed sequences and/or procedures). TSPE has the in-house ability to correct design errors and omissions and provides straightforward interpretations of plans and designer intentions.

Additionally, TSPE provides Construction and CPM (Critical Path Method) Scheduling. We are proficient with Primavera SureTrak, P3, P3e/c, P6, P8 and Microsoft Project.

Our staff is trained in preparing, maintaining and submitting Construction Progress schedules to be used in planning, coordinating and performing construction work. TSPE accurately depicts the entire scope of work shown in the contract documents including all work to be performed by the contactor, subcontractor, fabricators, suppliers, consultants, our clients and others contributing to the project. TSPE will help plan out your entire project through its life cycle to fit in budget and foresee critical issues before occurrence.
