TSPE provides construction inspection services for a variety of roadway projects including, but not limited to, sidewalk reconstruction, installation of pedestrian ramps, Advanced Traffic Management System/Advanced Traveler Information System (ATMS/ATIS) work, roadway rehabilitation and replacement, mill and fill, priority surface treatment and inspection of cleaning and painting of roadway bridges. Our inspectors are either Professional Engineers or NICET Certified and skilled in ensuring that the contractor’s work conforms to the plans and specifications for each project.

TSPE also has experienced staff in all areas of Traffic Engineering, giving us the ability to provide engineering expertise in the following disciplines: Traffic Studies, Traffic Signal Inspection and Design, Traffic Signal Timing, Guide Sign Inspection and Design and Pavement Markings Inspection and Design.
