Bridges

TSPE provides Resident Engineering / CI services for all types of projects. In addition to our office personnel, TSPE employs a long list of highly qualified Engineers and have the ability to appropriately staff a project regardless of the complexity and the varying needs of our clients. Our CI Staff is either an engineer or NICET certified, ensuring they have the right expertise for the project.

Roadway / Sidewalk

TSPE provides Resident Engineering services for a variety of roadway projects including, but not limited to, sidewalk reconstruction, installation of pedestrian ramps, Advanced Traffic Management System/Advanced Traveler Information System (ATMS/ATIS) work, roadway rehabilitation and replacement, mill and fill, priority surface treatment and inspection of cleaning and painting of roadway bridges. Our staff is either a Professional Engineer or NICET Certified and skilled in ensuring that the contractor’s work conforms to the plans and specifications for each project.

TSPE also has experienced staff in all areas of Traffic Engineering, giving us the ability to provide engineering expertise in the following disciplines: Traffic Studies, Traffic Signal Inspection and Design, Traffic Signal Timing, Guide Sign Inspection and Design and Pavement Markings Inspection and Design.

Utilities

TSPE has been a leader in Public Works projects for over 40 years, establishing an excellent reputation on local municipal projects. Our experience includes providing Resident Engineering / CI Services during the construction and/or replacement of storm and sanitary sewers, as well as water mains, drainage improvements, street level and sub-surface work and the installation of trunk water main and catch basins. Our Staff ensures that the work is being accomplished in accordance with approved plans, designs and specifications. They are highly qualified, have been trained and are familiar with the following regulations: OSHA Regulations, ACI Standards, MUTCD Specifications, LEED Standards, MURK Specifications, ASTM Standards and AASHTO Standards.
